Chris bolsters the firms already industry-leading provision of litigation legal services to businesses operating in the maritime, marine terminal, and transportation industries. Since graduating from Pepperdine Law in 2012, Chris’s primary focus has been representing commercial vessel owners, operators, and charterers in a wide array of matters ranging from cargo claims, charterparty and bill of lading disputes, arrests and attachments, personal injury claims, and investigations of serious marine casualties. In addition to his maritime industry clients, Chris has represented businesses of all sizes in contract, intellectual property, unfair competition, trade secret, real estate, defamation and employment disputes before the state and federal courts located in California, as well as domestic and foreign arbitration forums.
